DESCRIPTION
About Firebolt
Firebolt is the Cloud Data Warehouse purpose-built for the speed, scale, and flexibility of AI applications. Our platform delivers ultra-low latency, high concurrency, and multi-dimensional elasticity—empowering teams to build data-intensive AI products that perform at scale. Backed by over $270M in funding, a world-class engineering culture, and an ambitious vision, Firebolt is leading the transformation of AI data infrastructure.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations & GTM Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how Firebolt executes and scales go-to-market (GTM) efforts across Marketing, SDR, and Sales. This role blends marketing operations, GTM engineering, and AI systems design to deliver scalable workflows, actionable data, and seamless automation.
You’ll own our marketing tech stack, campaign execution rhythm, and operational processes—but equally important, you’ll architect smart systems and AI-powered workflows that amplify productivity, accelerate pipeline creation, and reduce cost of acquisition.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a systems thinker and builder who wants to push the envelope of modern GTM.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Operations
- Own and optimize our MarTech stack (HubSpot, Clearbit, LeanData, Chili Piper) to support campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.
- Maintain and evolve the marketing rhythm of business (planning, launches, reporting).
- Partner with campaign and content leads to execute programs and support lifecycle workflows.
- Ensure clean, synchronized data across tools and teams (CRM, analytics, enrichment platforms).
- Monitor and improve email deliverability, performance, and segmentation strategy.
- Document & Train: Keep processes clear and well-documented, and train your teammates on best practices, ensuring everyone stays in the loop.
- Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and analytics to align go-to-market initiatives and share performance insights.
- Develop Lead Scoring & Segmentation Models: Implement scalable frameworks that enhance targeting, improve pipeline quality, and increase ROI.
GTM Engineering & Automation
- Architect and implement AI-powered GTM workflows (e.g., Clay.com, ChatGPT, Apollo) that streamline prospecting, outreach, routing, and enrichment across Marketing and Sales.
- Design and build automated systems that nurture leads, personalize experiences, and maximize team efficiency.
- Own key integrations across marketing and sales platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration and end-to-end data flow.
- Create systems to scale outbound and inbound motions with minimal manual intervention—supporting the SDR and Sales teams with rich, timely insights.
- Build dashboards and pipelines to surface performance metrics and ROI across the funnel.
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations and/or RevOps, with strong experience owning tech stacks and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with AI GTM tools, such as Clay.com, ChatGPT, automation APIs, and enrichment platforms.
- A builder’s mindset—comfortable creating from scratch, iterating rapidly, and scaling intelligently.
- Strong systems thinking, able to map dependencies, design automation logic, and optimize for long-term scalability.
- Highly collaborative communicator who can bridge marketing, SDR, and sales needs.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and attribution.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, yet flexible and creative in solving cross-functional challenges.
Why This Role Matters
This is not a traditional back-office ops role. It’s a critical force multiplier for Firebolt’s entire GTM engine. By combining marketing operations rigor with GTM engineering ingenuity, you'll directly increase the productivity of every SDR, marketer, and seller—while helping us acquire customers faster and more efficiently.
If you're passionate about using AI to unlock GTM scale—and you’re ready to both build systems and get your hands dirty—this is your opportunity to lead from the center.
