Firebolt is a SaaS cloud application for managing big (huge!) data needs for clients as big as they can get. Our technological know-how allows us to make SQL queries fly both speedier and cheaper at the same time. Now it’s time for us to grow even more.We are looking for a talented Office Admin to be Firebolt's contact point for any administrative and operational needs. This position is a crucial piece of the foundation for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations.
The job to be done
- Assist managers and employees with ongoing requests
- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, anderrands
- Handle finance back-office support.
- Manage working hours tracking process
- Manage travel plans, book and arrange transportation and accommodations
- Handle and monitor deliveries in Israel and abroad
- Look after the office look and feel, maintain, and order office and kitchen supplies
- Take care of all the IT and office equipment purchasing and delivering
You must have
- 2+ years of experience in the same role - a must
- Previous experience in Hi-Tech/Startup Company - a plus.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew & English)
- Bachelor’s degree
